Freezing Ravioli

Tips for keeping fresh pasta
To Freeze Ravioli,  take it out of the package, lay the raviolis out on a cookie sheet and put them in the freezer. When they are frozen, takde them out and pout them back in the package and put them in the freezer.  This will prevent them sticking.  They will keep at least 6 months, and do not need to be defrosted before cooking.  You may need to add a couple of minutes to the cooking time.
