Seattle Food show big success!


Great people, great food, and chefs loved our pasta!
We spent a day watching people eat our Rigatoni with local rabbit, sampling our ravioli and talking with chefs, grain producers and cheese makers about incorporating even more local products into our products.  We will be making and sampling some new pastas and ravioli fillings, and the winners will make it to the production line.  Our nexxt challenge is getting our pasta to the urban markets!
