Our Pasta
We take Fresh Eggs, the best flour we can find and the finest ingredients and make them into a variety of pasta.
Pasta comes in all shapes and sizes. There are over 200 types of pasta to be found througough Italy alone. We make short noodles in a variety of shapes like Conchiglie (or sea shells), long noodles such as spaghetti, and ravioli, wonderful filled pastas with a variety of tasty fillings.
